Soccer Recap: Waterloo Triumphs

Waterloo proved they can win big last Wednesday (they won by four) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a goal and slipped past the Lyons Lions 3-2. Waterloo have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Lyons, too.

The win got Waterloo back to even at 2-2. As for Lyons, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Waterloo has already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Newark on the 10th. As for Lyons, they will take on Greece Olympia at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
