Jackson has gone 3-0 against Southridge recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Jackson Generals will be playing at home against the Southridge Spartans at 3:30 p.m.

Jackson fell victim to MAST Academy and their airtight defense on Thursday. They lost 5-0 to the Makos. The loss continues a trend for the Generals in their matchups with the Makos: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, Southridge waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their defense stepped up to hand the Gladiators a 4-0 shutout. Considering the Spartans have won six matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Southridge pushed their record up to 11-3-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three contests. As for Jackson, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-2-1.

Jackson skirted past Southridge 1-0 when the teams last played back in January of 2022. Will Jackson repeat their success, or does Southridge have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
