Preview: Cullman Bearcats vs. Montgomery Bell Academy Big Red
Cullman has been on the road for three straight, but on Thursday they'll finally head home. They will finish 2023 at home by hosting the Montgomery Bell Academy Big Red at 4:15 p.m. Hopefully Cullman is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Montgomery Bell Academy in their respective states (Cullman is ranked 19th in Alabama, while Montgomery Bell Academy is ranked 76th in Tennessee).
Cullman has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 24 points or more this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat Lausanne Collegiate 65-35 on the road.
Meanwhile, Montgomery Bell Academy's game last Saturday was all tied up 28-28 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 50-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of McCallie.
Cullman is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which lines up perfectly with their 12-4 record this season. As for Montgomery Bell Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
