Even though the Victory Christian Eagles scored an imposing 55 points on Friday, the Trinity Christian Tigers still came out on top. Trinity Christian enjoyed a cozy 71-55 win over Victory Christian. The win made it back-to-back wins for Trinity Christian.
Carter Jordan continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 28 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Trinity Christian's points. Christian LoPresti was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with two steals.
Trinity Christian's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-6. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.2 points per game. As for Victory Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity Christian will take on Christ Covenant at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Victory Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Bethel Assembly Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. Bethel Assembly Christian Academy has now lost ten straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since November 10.
