Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Mesquite). Their defense stepped up to hand the Seagoville Dragons a 10-0 shutout on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Stallions as they're now sitting on four straight.

North Mesquite pushed their record up to 10-3 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those seven matchups. As for Seagoville, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Looking ahead, North Mesquite will face off against Wilson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seagoville, they will square off against Samuell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
