Football Recap: Poinciana Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Poinciana's offense. They took a 12-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bishop Moore Hornets on Monday.

Poinciana's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Bishop Moore, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-1.

Poinciana will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Gateway at 7:00 p.m. on March 26th. Bishop Moore also won't see the field for a while: their next game is against Oak Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on March 25th.
