Volleyball Recap: Huntington Comes Up Short

Huntington lost against Newfield back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Blue Devils came up short against the Wolverines, falling 3-0.

Huntington was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-22, 25-13.

Huntington's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Newfield, their win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 8-8.

Huntington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Newfield, they will be playing at home against North Babylon at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
