Volleyball Recap: Montville Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Montville came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Griswold Wolverines, falling 3-0. The Wolves have struggled against the Wolverines recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

While Montville was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Griswold's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 25-21.

Montville now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Griswold, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Montville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Windham on the 6th. As for Griswold, they will face off against Waterford at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
