Volleyball Recap: Chelsea Takes a Loss

Chelsea was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Somerville Highlanders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Highlanders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in April.

Chelsea was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-18, 25-23.

Chelsea's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Somerville, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-8.

As of now, neither Chelsea nor the Highlanders have any future games scheduled.
