Softball Recap: San Miguel Takes a Loss

San Miguel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 33-3 to the San Manuel Miners. If the Vipers were looking for revenge after losing 19-0 to the Miners when the teams met back in April of 2019, then they'll just have to keep looking.

San Miguel's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for San Manuel, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Miguel will head out to square off against Palo Verde at 3:45 p.m. on March 18th. As for San Manuel, they are taking a road trip to challenge Duncan at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
