Hooks has gone 9-1 against Liberty-Eylau recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Hornets will head out on the road to challenge the Leopards at 6:00 p.m. Hooks will be strutting in after a win while Liberty-Eylau will be coming in after a loss.

Hooks proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past De Kalb 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Hornets have posted since August 23rd.

Hooks took De Kalb into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-19, 25-14, 12-25, 15-12.

Meanwhile, Liberty-Eylau was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to De Kalb.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-11, 21-25, 25-14.

Liberty-Eylau's loss dropped their record down to 5-13-1. As for Hooks, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-8 record this season.

Everything went Hooks' way against Liberty-Eylau in their previous meeting back in September, as Hooks made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hornets since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
