Volleyball Recap: Dacula Takes a Loss

Dacula lost against Lanier back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Falcons fell 2-0 to the Longhorns.

While Dacula was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-22.

Khloe Nixon paced Dacula's offense, picking up five kills. Nixon got some help from Elena Pucciano and her 12 assists.

Dacula's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Lanier, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Dacula has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Parkview on the 26th. As for Lanier, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Johns Creek on the 26th.
