Soccer Recap: Peru Takes a Loss

After soaring to eight goals the game before, Peru was a bit more limited in their match on Monday. They fell just short of the North Miami Warriors by a score of 2-1. The loss continues a trend for Peru in their meetings with North Miami: they've now lost five in a row.

Peru's goal came courtesy of Katy Jo Kieninger, who's now up to three this season.

Peru now has a losing record of 1-2. As for North Miami, they now have a winning record of 2-1-1.

Peru has already played their next game, a 7-3 win against Eastern on the 27th. As for North Miami, they will head out to challenge Tippecanoe Valley at 5:30 p.m. on September 2.
