It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Lebanon ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Loveland Tigers 28-25. The win almost wasn't to be: the Warriors were down 22-7 in the second quarter.

Lebanon has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 28 points this season. As for Loveland, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
