Volleyball Game Preview: Allen Eagles vs. Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers

The Allen Eagles will challenge the Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. Allen will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Allen is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Texas' top teams: Plano East, who was ranked 20th at the time (Allen was ranked 15th). The Eagles walked away with a 3-1 win over the Panthers on Thursday.

Allen was actually outscored in aggregate across those four sets (85-84), but they still managed to win. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 9-25, 25-21, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Lebanon Trail lost 3-0 to Wylie East last Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-13, 25-15.

Allen's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-3. As for Lebanon Trail, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
