Soccer Recap: Wilcox Comes Up Short

Wilcox had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost 4-1 to the Homestead Mustangs. The loss continues a trend for Wilcox in their meetings with Homestead: they've now lost five in a row.

Homestead's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coincidentally, Wilcox and Homestead will both be playing Soquel the next time they take the pitch. The Chargers will head out to face the Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Mustangs will head out to face them at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
