Volleyball Preview: West Monona Spartans vs. River Valley Wolverines
After both having extra time off, the West Monona Spartans and the River Valley Wolverines will shake off the cobwebs and square off against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. West Monona will be strutting in after a victory while River Valley will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Saturday, West Monona earned a 2-0 win over Boyer Valley. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Spartans.
Meanwhile, after a string of 14 wins dating back to last season, River Valley's good fortune finally ran out last Thursday. They lost 3-0 to Spirit Lake. The game marked the first time this year in which the Wolverines were not able to get on the board.
