Glide was handed a heart-breaking two-run  loss in their last  game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Siuslaw  on Tuesday. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp  14-5 win. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by seven  runs or more this season.
 Samantha Moyers was a standout: she went 3-for-5 with four  RBI, two  runs,  and one  stolen base. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of  Gracelynn Schartz, who  got on base  in all four of her plate appearances with four  runs and one  stolen base.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Glide  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. They are 9-1 when  they post 11 or more  hits.
Glide's victory  ended  a  four-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 12-7. As for Siuslaw,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 3-15.
 Coming up, Glide will host Pleasant Hill  at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Siuslaw will be paying especially close attention to the Wildcats'  contest: after the Wildcats face off against the Billies, they'll take on Siuslaw again  at 3:00  p.m.  on Friday.
