Stamford lost to Danbury back in April of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Black Knights put the hurt on the Hatters with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Black Knights.

Stamford not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Danbury between 15 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-17, 25-15.

Stamford's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Danbury, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
