Vista Murrieta not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 12th (when they won 3-0). They blew past the Great Oak Wolfpack 3-0. This was payback for the Broncos, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

While Vista Murrieta won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-20, 27-25.

Ryan Leonard paced Vista Murrieta's offense, picking up 12 kills. Leonard got some help from Kiersten Moore and her 14 assists. Moore was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

The victory got Vista Murrieta back to even at 6-6. As for Great Oak, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-6.
