Football Game Preview: Brookings-Harbor Bruins vs. South Umpqua Lancers

The Brookings-Harbor Bruins will face off against the South Umpqua Lancers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Brookings-Harbor came up short against Sutherlin and fell 28-21. The Bruins haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

The losing side was boosted by Grady Maylin, who rushed for 87 yards and two TDs.

Meanwhile, South Umpqua was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 18-13 to Coquille.

South Umpqua's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Brookings-Harbor, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
