Inglemoor had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 16-run drubbing they dealt Seattle Academy on Friday. The Vikings blew past the Cardinals 21-5. The result was nothing new for the Vikings, who have now won six matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Levi Stark looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Jeffery Myhre, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April. Benjamin Barnes was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs.

Inglemoor always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .600. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Seattle Academy only posted an OBP of .400.

The win (which was Inglemoor's fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Seattle Academy, they now have a losing record of 9-10.

As of now, neither Inglemoor nor the Cardinals have any future games scheduled.
