Basketball Recap: Rockford FIRE HomeSchool Comes Up Short

Rockford FIRE HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 64-14 loss at the hands of Northeast Wisconsin Christian HomeSchool. The match marked the FIRE's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Rockford FIRE HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Northeast Wisconsin Christian HomeSchool, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Rockford FIRE HomeSchool will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Faith Christian at 6:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Northeast Wisconsin Christian HomeSchool, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 89-41 win against Madison Area Homeschool Sports Tigers on the 14th.
