Basketball Game Preview: Traders Point Christian Knights vs. Clinton Central Bulldogs

The Traders Point Christian Knights will head out on the road to square off against the Clinton Central Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Traders Point Christian and seven for Clinton Central.

Last Saturday, Traders Point Christian was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 55-49 to Morristown.

Meanwhile, Clinton Central played a tough matchup on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Tri-County, falling 51-27. The contest marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Clinton Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Traders Point Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

Traders Point Christian lost to Clinton Central on the road by a decisive 76-59 margin in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Can Traders Point Christian avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
