Denver North hasn't lost a match since August 28th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Montbello Warriors 3-2. That's two games straight that Denver North have won by just one goal.

They hit Montbello with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Giovanni Ruiz, Eli Shank, and Nathan Kimrey.

Denver North is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-1-1 record this season. As for Montbello, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Denver North will welcome Denver East at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give Denver North their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Montbello, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Rocky Mountain Prep SMART at 6:30 p.m.
