Parma waltzed into their matchup on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They breezed by the Gooding Senators to the tune of 62-32. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Idaho basketball rankings (they are ranked eighth, while the Senators are ranked 68th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Despite the loss, Gooding still got an impressive performance from Fallon Millican, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. Millican has become a key player for Gooding: the team is 2-1 when she posts at least eight boards, but 3-4 otherwise.

Parma pushed their record up to 10-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.6 points per game. As for Gooding, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.
