Roseville lost to Yuba City back in March, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Tigers narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Honkers 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Isabella Senini spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on two hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

The victory got Roseville back to even at 7-7. As for Yuba City, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-4-1.

Coming up, Roseville will take on Antelope in a tournament on Monday. As for Yuba City, they will square off against Inderkum at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Honkers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 6.3 runs per game this season.
