Baseball Recap: Eads Takes Down Cheyenne Wells in a Playoff Battle

Eads had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Cheyenne Wells Tigers on Saturday as they made off with a 12-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 13 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Case Nelson, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April. Karsten Buller was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base.
