Soccer Recap: Taylor Victorious

It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Taylor ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They walked away with a 4-2 victory over The Master's Academy. It was an even better day for Ava Castro as she scored three goals for her team.

Taylor is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-8-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those four contests. As for The Master's Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.

Looking ahead, Taylor will challenge Trinity Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Master's Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
