Cody scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 60-51 to the Davis Aerospace Tech Aviators. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Comets of the 72-43 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Myron Dean produced another solid effort putting up 24 points for Davis Aerospace Tech. Cord'E Theus was another key player, posting 11 points.

This is the second loss in a row for Cody and nudges their season record down to 2-2. As for Davis Aerospace Tech, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, Cody is taking a road trip to take on Detroit Leadership Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Davis Aerospace Tech will take on Ford in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
