Stagg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 29th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 72-69 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lincoln-Way East Griffins. One positive for the Chargers, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Stagg's loss dropped their record down to 0-28. As for Lincoln-Way East, they pushed their record up to 17-11 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Stagg wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 50-42 victory against Bremen on the 20th. Lincoln-Way East does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
