Softball Recap: Williams Comes Up Short

Williams was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Princeton Eagles, falling 24-4. The Yellowjackets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2022.

Williams' loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Princeton, they now have a winning record of 4-3-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Princeton beat Williams by a score of 26-3 later that day.
