Basketball Recap: Middleton Continues Home Dominance on Friday

Middleton extended their home winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Tamarcus Smith. The Middleton Tigers enjoyed a cozy 56-37 win over the Bradford Red Devils on Friday thanks to Smith, who went 6-for-12 to rack up 19 points and seven steals. Middleton is undefeated when Smith posts five or more steals, but 6-8 otherwise.

Another player making a difference was Kaleb Holmes, who posted four points and three steals. He has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last ten times he's played.

Middleton has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.4 points over those games. As for Bradford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-7.
