After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Skidmore-Tynan, Aransas Pass was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Refugio Bobcats by a score of 5-2.

The team relied heavily on Aizlynn Ramirez, who scored a run while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was Karla Casas, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

Aransas Pass' win bumped their record up to 2-5-1. As for Refugio, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Aransas Pass has already played their next match, a 7-3 victory against Agua Dulce on the 27th. As for Refugio, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 8-4 loss against Taft on the 27th.
