Basketball Recap: Colchester Comes Up Short

Colchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were beaten by the South Burlington Wolves 71-34. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Lakers have suffered against the Wolves since December 16, 2019.

Colchester's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for South Burlington, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-5.

Colchester has already played their next match (against St. Johnsbury Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. South Burlington will welcome Burlington at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
