Greenfield-Central extended their postseason success on Friday against Muncie Central. They put the hurt on the Muncie Central Bearcats with a sharp 60-36 win. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 games by 21 points or more this season.
Leading Greenfield-Central to victory were Braylon Mullins and Michael Johnson. Mullins almost dropped a double-double with 25 points and nine boards, while Johnson went 7-for-10 en route to 19 points in addition to five assists and five rebounds. Mullins' big performance that evening made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least 24 points. Greenfield-Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 83-76 loss against Mt. Vernon on the 8th. Muncie Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
