It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Brookstone can now relate to. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Anne-Pacelli Vikings on Friday. The Cougars' loss signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

St. Anne-Pacelli found their leader in sophomore Allie Vickery, who had 16 digs and four assists.

Brookstone's defeat dropped their record down to 27-7. As for St. Anne-Pacelli, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 33-9.

Brookstone does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Anne-Pacelli, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Tallulah Falls on the 11th.
