Softball Recap: James Clemens Jets vs. Clements Colts
There's no place like home for James Clemens, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Clements Colts 7-6 on Friday. The win was some much needed relief for the Jets as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Sayde South was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching five innings while giving up just two earned (and four unearned) runs off seven hits. South was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 3-for-3. Those two runs gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Makayla Mann, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last five games she's played.
