Bend had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Crescent Valley Raiders on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Lava Bears as they're now sitting on four straight.

Despite the loss, Crescent Valley still got an impressive performance from Karsyn Horn, who had 17 digs and three aces. Horn has been hot recently, having posted three or more aces the last three times she's played.

Bend's victory bumped their record up to 21-7. As for Crescent Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 31-4-2.

Bend didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against South Albany on the 8th. As for Crescent Valley, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Crater on the 8th.
