Soccer Recap: Santa Paula Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Santa Paula was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Taft Toreadors finished up their contest with a 0-0 draw on Thursday.

With that draw, Santa Paula's record moves to 9-2-1. Meanwhile, Taft's record is now 1-2-1.

Santa Paula will square off against Agoura at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Taft, they will challenge Burbank at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. Taft's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
