Volleyball Recap: Sugar-Salem Comes Up Short

Sugar-Salem had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Highland Rams by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The Diggers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2021.

Sugar-Salem will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Malad at 7:00 p.m. on September 4. As for Highland, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Firth on the 22nd.
