Southside has gone a perfect 10-0 against Lejeune recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Seahawks will welcome the Devil Pups at 6:00 p.m. Southside has given up an average of 7.4 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Last Thursday, Southside didn't have quite enough to beat Jones and fell 11-10.

Meanwhile, Lejeune fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against White Oak on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 8-7. The Devil Pups just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Lejeune saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Austin James, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one double. Evan Velez was another, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one RBI.

Southside has been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Lejeune, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.

Southside skirted past Lejeune 12-10 when the teams last played on April 8th. Do the Seahawks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Devil Pups turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
