The Chaparral Lobos will head out on the road to face off against the Carlsbad Cavemen/Cavegirls at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Chaparral will be strutting in after a win while Carlsbad will be coming in after a loss.

While Chaparral's victory against Gadsden wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lobos had just enough and edged out the Panthers 3-2 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Lobos have posted since November 2, 2024.

Chaparral got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the third set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-19, 28-30, 18-25, 15-13.
