Basketball Recap: Woodlake Takes a Loss

Woodlake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 59-38 to the Lindsay Cardinals. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cardinals earlier this season, when they won 52-26.

Woodlake's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Lindsay, their win bumped their record up to 4-15.

When Woodlake and Lindsay next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Woodlake will square off against Strathmore and their five-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Lindsay will try to stop Corcoran's five-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
