Soccer Game Preview: Frostproof vs. Lakeland

The Frostproof Bulldogs will venture away from home to take on the Lakeland Dreadnaughts at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Frostproof is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering George Jenkins just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Monday. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 4-0. Considering the last time the Bulldogs couldn't score was back in December of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Meanwhile, Lakeland kept a clean sheet against All Saints' Academy on Monday. They blew past the Saints 3-0. The game marked the Dreadnaughts' most dominant victory of the season.

Lakeland moved to 3-11-2 with that win, which also ended their seven-game losing streak. As for Frostproof, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-7-1.
