Baseball Recap: Ewing Takes a Loss

Ewing was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 10-7 to the Princeton Day Panthers. If the Blue Devils were looking for revenge after losing 6-5 to the Panthers when the teams met back in April of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Ewing's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Princeton Day, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ewing will welcome Hightstown at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Blue Devils' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Rams have averaged an impressive 8.3 runs per game this season. As for Princeton Day, they will challenge West Windsor-Plainsboro North at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
