Football Recap: Juarez-Lincoln Comes Up Short

Juarez-Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the McAllen Bulldogs 42-10. The Huskies were down 35-3 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Juarez-Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for McAllen, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Juarez-Lincoln will square off against rival Rowe at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, McAllen is set to face off against their familiar foe Vela at 7:30 p.m. on the 26th.
