Volleyball Recap: St. Henry Redskins vs. Parkway Panthers

Parkway typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday St. Henry proved too difficult a challenge. They blew past the Parkway Panthers 3-0. The Redskins have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

St. Henry never let Parkway on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-13, 25-22.

St. Henry had a senior duo take command as Rya Buschur had 25 digs and Brianna Mangen had nine digs and three aces. That's the most aces Mangen has posted since back in August.

Despite the loss, Parkway had strong showings from Adria Miller, who had nine digs, and Cali Bollenbacher, who had three digs.

St. Henry pushed their record up to 16-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Parkway, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-6.

St. Henry will host Versailles at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Parkway, they will square off against New Knoxville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
