Volleyball Game Preview: Thomas Nelson Generals vs. Collins Titans

After both having extra time off, the Thomas Nelson Generals and the Collins Titans will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Last Tuesday, Thomas Nelson came up short against Western Hills and fell 2-0.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-8.

Meanwhile, Collins was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to Dayton.

Collins' loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Thomas Nelson, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-3.

Thomas Nelson suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Collins when the teams last played back in March. Can the Generals avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
