Volleyball Game Preview: Mountain Island Charter Raptors vs. Bradford Prep Bears

The Mountain Island Charter Raptors will venture away from home to take on the Bradford Prep Bears at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mountain Island Charter has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 10.

Mountain Island Charter lost 3-0 to Lincoln Charter back in April.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-20, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Bradford Prep made easy work of East Lincoln on Wednesday and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.

Bradford Prep not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept East Lincoln between 13 and 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16, 25-13.

Mountain Island Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Bradford Prep, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Mountain Island Charter came up short against Bradford Prep in their previous matchup back in March, falling 3-1. Can the Raptors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
